Colleyville Place provides individualized health and personal care
assistance in a home like setting with an emphasis on personal dignity,
autonomy and independence and privacy. We provide residents with personal
assistance when needed. Basic services is provided 24 hours with on site
staff. Enhanced services are available for residents on a temporary or
permanent basis. We also provide an Adult Day Activity program. Some features
