Fees for some services are added to your basic
monthly fee. Enhanced services are available on a temporary or permanent basis.
Because Colleyville Place incurs more expenses in a new resident's early days
than at any other time, there is a one-time fee to offset some of those initial
non-recurring costs and is refundable if applicant does not qualify or elects
for any reason not to become a resident at Colleyville Place.
