Have you every wondered if you were to die today, would you spend eternity with
God? Would your spirit be praising the Lord in all His glory? Or would you
spend eternity separated from God? Would you spend eternity in hell with all
the fiery demons of this world?
Are you doing good deeds, trying to work your way into heaven? What if only
certain really good deeds could get you into heaven and you don't know which
ones they are?
There is such a man who has done that ONE and TRUE deed to guarantee you a
place in heaven. And all that you must do is believe in this man. You don't
have to repeat his deed; it's already done. You don't have to continue his
work; it is already DONE.
You are about to take a trip down the Romans Road. These are scriptures that
will help you understand God’s great love for you and His awesome gift of
eternal life with Christ. It is our prayer that you will gain insight of God’s
desire for all to be saved. INCLUDING YOU! We also pray for your faith in God’s
Word, believing that it is He who saves, and once He saves you – you can not
lose your salvation. He doesn’t take it back.
† Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the
glory of God."
First of all it is extremely important for you to realize that no matter what
your status or position in life, we have all sinned. And there is nothing we
can do to erase the sin in our lives. Good morals, integrity, and good works –
all human efforts fall short of making us acceptable before God. But God has
extended to us a wonderful gift…
† Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift
of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Because of the fall of man through Adam and Eve we were all born sinners – with
an inclination to sin and to be self-serving. Sinful man cannot dwell in the
presence of God. Therefore, to continue in life without recognizing, confessing
and forsaking our sins; we are sentenced to certain eternal death. However,
because of God’s love for us, He has extended to us the gift of eternal life!
This was done when Jesus was beaten and nailed to a cross and publicly shamed
and died because of His great love for us. He was buried in a tomb. But was
resurrected on the third day with all power over death and hell. What a price
to pay for the gift of eternal life!
† Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates His own love for us in
this: While we were still sinners. Christ died for us."
How many times have you felt used, forgotten, ignored or mistreated? When you
experienced those feelings did you think you might have been willing to die for
whoever hurt you? Well, while we have been consumed with doing things our own
way and in our own time, regardless of how it affected our relationship with
God and others, Christ sacrificed Himself for us just the same. He knew from
the very beginning of time every move we would make and every thought we would
have; yet He died for us because of His great love for us!
† Romans 10:9, 10, 13 "That if you confess with your mouth,
‘Jesus is Lord’, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are
justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved…for
‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’"
When we confess the Lordship of Christ we are in agreement with God about who
Jesus is. Jesus is God’s only Son. He lived a life without sin, yet He was
crucified to pay the penalty for our sins. He died but was resurrected from the
grave, and now sits on the right hand of God the Father. The belief is from our
heart and is manifested in our lives. That means there is a willingness to
trust our lives to Him. Even when we don’t sense His presence or purpose, we
must trust and believe that God cares for us as His children and wants the best
for us.
Now that you’ve traveled the Romans Road you can make a decision to accept the
gift of eternal life through Christ. You can pray to God right now and accept
Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
Here is a model prayer for you to follow:
Father God, in the name of Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner. I am sorry for
all that I have done outside of Your will. I ask that You would forgive me of
my sins and help me to turn away from sinful behavior. Father, I believe that
Jesus is Your Son, and that He died on the cross for my sins. I know that there
is no other way for my sins to be forgiven. Please Father, help me to surrender
and submit totally to You so that my life will be a reflection of Your grace
and love. I invite You into my heart and life, Jesus, as my Lord and Savior.
Help me to have assurance of my salvation and not doubt Your faithfulness.
Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
Please email us and let us know about your decision. We
want to be a blessing to you with a free gift. We are excited that you have
accepted Christ into your life today, and we believe that He is well pleased
with your soul.

God’s plan for your life is for you to have a personal relationship with Him.
Through His Son, Jesus Christ, He wants to give all eternal life. This Plan of
Salvation was designed before you were even conceived in your mother’s womb.
However, a right relationship with Him involves action from you. In several
books of the Bible, Jesus is quoted as saying:
-
“If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and
follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but who every loses
his life for me and for the gospel will save it.” Mark 8:34-35
-
“If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross
daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but
whoever loses his life for me will save it.” Luke 9:23-24
Your cross is your submission to Jesus’ teaching. God wants you to submit
yourself to spreading the Gospel. We must understand with salvation comes
trials and tribulations. Moreover, we must remember to follow Christ’s examples
and not only ask ourselves (WWJD), but do what Jesus would do in all of our
predicaments in life. This requires a commitment from the followers of Christ.
The ultimate commitment: to turn away from your
safe and secure life (comfort zone) and live a life of submission and obedience
to the will of God.
When you make a decision to follow Christ, Acknowledging that He is the Son of
God, Believing that Christ was risen from the dead, Confessing that He is Lord
of your life, you have taken the first step in your salvation. The next step is
to be a disciple. That means to study the Word, believe the Word, share the
Word and live out the Word in your everyday life. For your salvation alone is a
good reason to share your testimony with others.
Remember God had a plan for your Salvation. Now let Him use you to play a role
in the salvation of someone else. And consider Matthew 28: 19 – 20 “Therefore
go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father
and the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you.”
Romans 10:9, 10, 13 "That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and
believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For
it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your
mouth that you confess and are saved…for ‘Everyone who
calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’"
